Podcast review and approval
Send one private project review link where collaborators can listen on a detailed waveform, jump from transcript words, leave timed comments, revise Content Package text and approve or request changes.
What it helps you do
- Use one reusable private review link for every collaborator on the project.
- Collect time-coded audio comments, transcript navigation and Content Package feedback together.
- Apply reviewer Content Package replacements while preserving what changed for the editor.
How the workflow works
- Open Review in the audio editor and create or copy the project review link.
- Invite reviewers to listen, comment, revise publishing copy and record an approval decision.
- Open the project to see requested-change markers and updated Content Package text, resolve completed comments and send the updated project through the same link.
Podcast review and approval FAQ
Does each reviewer need a different link?
No. Each audio project uses one reusable private review link, so feedback from multiple reviewers appears in the same review workspace.
Do timed comments stay aligned after an edit?
StudioEditor anchors timed feedback to the underlying source audio. Open markers can therefore move with that audio when timeline cuts change its position.
Can a reviewer edit the Content Package?
Yes, when Content Package editing is enabled. A reviewer can replace selected text and attach a comment; the revised text reaches the editor while the original remains available as the comparison baseline.
How long does a review link remain active?
The private review link expires 21 days after the latest project update is sent for review.
